As of January 1, 2012 there were 11,765 members who have been members of the
North American Chapter of FISTS.

To date we have received QSL cards for 6,638 members (56.4%)

To date we have received SASE's from 4,398 members (33.8%)

Procedure for those who don't respond to our request for SASE's

Periodically we have a "Clearout" of cards we have on hand.

For those who have not yet furnished SASE's, we enclose a letter requesting that SASE's be sent.

For those who have furnished SASE's in the past we enclose a note requesting that more SASE's be sent.

Funds for these mailings came from donations received from fellow FISTS members.

If we do not get SASE's from these members in a timely manner, future cards we recieve for them
will be returned to the senders with a note reading:

   RETURNED
  NO SASE's in
  FISTS Bureau

If you received cards and a letter or note in the past and you do want to use the Bureau please send SASE's **********************************************************

If you recieved cards and a letter or note and you don't want to use the Bureau, we'd appreciate your
letting us know, so we can put your call on List 3a.

Over the past 13 years we have sent cards and letters requesting SASE's to 3,741 members.

We have received replies from 1,986 of them.  Of which 1,887 sent us SASE's and 86 advised us
they preferred to QSL direct and 13 advised us that they do not QSL.

However, as of January 1, 2012 there are 1,755 members who have still not responded.
Nor, have they advised us that they do not want to use the FISTS QSL Bureau.
