We have added a new member of the Franklin County ARC to our QSL Bureau staff.
Harry, KA3NZR - FISTS # 11316 has taken over the "3" calls.

We've now added a "YL" to our crew.  She is Fran, KI4ZND.  She has taken over the"9" calls.
